Snapdragon

Snapdragon feature a burst of incredible colors including red, white, yellow, and pink! Experience the intensely sweet flavor that these delicate blooms offer. Infuse the essence of "Springtime" into your culinary creations, with a particular magic in desserts and salads, as Snapdragon adds both a visually stunning touch and a delightful burst of flavor that captures the spirit of the season.

Raspberry Beret

Ingredients

  • Snapdragon
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Raspberry Syrup*
  • 1 oz Half & Half

 

*Raspberry Syrup

  • 100 g Fresh Raspberries
  • 50 g Boiling Water
  • 50 g sugar
    • Combine ingredients into a blender, blend on high for 1 minute (make sure
      to vent the top, so the hot water doesn’t make it explode!), and fine strain
      with a mesh strainer.

 

Method

  1. Shake with ice and serve in a martini glass.
